Yesterday, General Colin Powell endorsed Senator Obama and gave some pretty hard hitting facts as to why he chose Obama over his friend, Senator McCain. In addition to his endorsing the Obama Campaign, he gave pertinant reasoning for his decision. Furthermore, he hit key points dead on that can “hush” the racist overtones that have arose in the past weeks.
Essentially, Powell is doing the same thing Senator Joe Lieberman did in reverse and with a solid explanation to his decision.
